This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations for webinars, trainings, consultations, subscriptions, digital products, and other services offered by Elevated Business Minds (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing or registering for any webinar, training, consultation, subscription, or service offered by Elevated Business Minds, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

WEBINAR & TRAINING CANCELLATIONS

Once a webinar, training session, workshop, or event registration is completed, cancellations may not always be permitted due to limited seat availability, digital access allocation, operational costs, and administrative commitments.

If cancellation requests are allowed for a specific webinar or event, the applicable cancellation terms will be clearly mentioned on the respective registration or offer page.

Elevated Business Minds reserves the right to deny cancellation requests that do not comply with the stated cancellation conditions.

CONSULTATION & SESSION CANCELLATIONS

If you have booked a consultation, coaching session, or appointment with Elevated Business Minds, cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made within a reasonable timeframe before the scheduled session.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation, coaching session, webinar, or appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund or rescheduling eligibility.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

For any recurring subscription-based services, you may request cancellation of your subscription before the next billing cycle.

Once a billing cycle has been processed, charges already incurred may not be reversed unless required by applicable law.

Cancellation requests submitted after a billing cycle has started may become effective from the following billing cycle.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, recordings, templates, educational material, and online content, cancellations are generally not permitted once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

COMPANY-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

Elevated Business Minds reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any webinar, training, consultation, subscription, event, or service at its sole discretion.

In such cases, we may offer rescheduling, credits, alternative access, or refunds where deemed appropriate by Elevated Business Minds.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY

Registrations, subscriptions, webinar access, and purchased services may not be transferred, resold, shared, or assigned to another person without prior written approval from Elevated Business Minds.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Cancellation requests arising from exceptional or emergency circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Elevated Business Minds. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

POLICY CHANGES

Elevated Business Minds reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
